Return all three forms to the Parish Office in a sealed envelope labeled “safe environment”.    I would be happy to help walk anyone through this process and provide all necessary forms.  If you have any questions, please contact our Safe Environment Coordinator, Brigitte Schmidt at 304-876-6436 or formation@stagnesshepherdstown.org
