St. Agnes, along with all parishes in the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, will be using Flocknote to house and update parishioner records and online giving. Our Diocese has been searching for a new, more efficient, and easy-to-use source to safely contain and maintain our parish families’ information and they believe Flocknote is the solution. Our community will work together to transition to this new platform. The new Flocknote platform supports

• Online giving
• Updating your own contact/profile information
• Communicating via both email and text

The first thing we need to focus on is online giving.

For those of you who currently give automated recurring gifts electronically for either the weekly collection or any other fund, you will have to re-submit your information in our new platform—Flocknote. This has to be completed by October 31, 2025.

Setting up Online Giving

One-time Passcodes

Flocknote uses One-time Passcodes instead of passwords for account verification. So, when you set up electronic giving you will be required to verify who you are via email or text message where a 4-digit code will be sent.
