How to Prepare for the Final Transition

The Columbarium Committee will host a program for End-of-Life Planning at St. Agnes following the 10:30 Mass. End-of-life planning is the process of making decisions and getting your affairs in order in preparation for when you pass away. Often, when we reach the end of our lives we don’t have the capacity to express what we want to happen at a time when that information is the most important.

That’s where end-of-life planning comes in. By creating legal documents and discussing your wishes with your doctors and loved ones in advance, you can help ensure that your loved ones are taken care of and that your wishes are followed in pivotal moments.

The program at St Agnes will feature speakers from local businesses and agencies to answer your questions about funeral planning, funeral homes and services, advance directives, wills and trusts.

Please register for the presentation using the form below. Sign ups are appreciated, but not required.
