The Picnic Planning Committee is just about ready for our day of gathering with food, games, face painting, entertainment, 50/50 raffle, and over a dozen raffle baskets for auction. Games will include: cornhole, hula hoops, scavenger hunt, bocce, and more.

Thanks to everyone was has already signed up to help. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

The picnic will be held on the church grounds in the field next to the parking lot (on the other side of the trees).

Bring a dish to share.

Bring enough for your family plus one extra person.

Dish type recommendations:

St. Agnes will provide beverages and the main course, including grilled chicken, burgers, hot dogs, and all the fixings.

Support St. Agnes! Bring along some cash for the 50/50 raffle and raffle baskets.

We’ll have a 50/50 raffle and fun, valuable raffle baskets for both kids and adults. Money collected from the 50/50 raffle and raffle baskets will go to St. Agnes to help cover the picnic costs.

  • Tickets can be purchased with cash or checks
  • Ticket prices for both 50/50 and raffle baskets
    1 ticket – $2
    6 tickets – $5
    15 tickets – $10

** No need to bring gifts/door prizes.

When you buy tickets for the 50/50 raffle, all the money from sales goes into a pot.

At the end of the day, the winner gets half of the pot and the other half goes to St. Agnes.

We have put together over a dozen valuable raffle baskets for both kids and adults.

Buy as many tickets as you’d like for the baskets, then use the tickets to bid on baskets of your choice by dropping the tickets in a
container next to the item.

The winning ticket takes home the basket.
