Prayer shawls are typically knit or crochet shawls/robes/afghans made to console those who are grieving, comfort those who are ill, and bring hope to those in despair.
Members of the Prayer Shawl Ministry knit or crochet prayer shawls or afghans which are blessed during weekday Masses and given to the home-bound or sick. The shawls can be requested by parishioners for other parishioners, family members, or friends.
We are in need of additional members or volunteers. Please let us know if you are interested in joining.
