Social Concerns issues occur globally, nationally, and locally—social justice, climate change, poverty, substance abuse, the environment, and more. But we all have our own passions and beliefs—the issues that touch our hearts and minds.
The St. Agnes Social Concerns Committee wants to continue to expand their focus and help where possible. So, we want to know what peaks your interest. Specifically,
- What social concerns issues do you care about most and are willing to devote some time and energy towards?
- What topics and issues would you like to learn about and discuss with fellow Parishioners?
- What is your preferred format for learning (presentations, workshops, small group discussions, some combination)?
Share your thoughts and interests with us by emailing Dan VanBelleghem (email@example.com) or Eileen Dooley (firstname.lastname@example.org). And, if possible, come to a short (30 minute) meeting on Sunday, May 20th following the 10:30 Mass to brainstorm new ideas and hear what areas of interest exist within the Parish community.
We’d love to hear from you as soon as possible.
