Fr. Mat Dinner Auction Fundraiser

Support the Kolofata Girls Education Project fundraiser and bid on a dinner for two prepared by chef Fr. Mat. The chef will prepare a dinner for 12 on February 4, 2024 at the Parish Center.

Dinner Menu

Beverages – wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
Hors d’oeuvres
Two Soups in a Bowl

Each guest may choose one of the following three entrees:

Charbonneau’s Beef Bourguignon (meat)
Coquilles Saint Jacques (seafood)
Fennel and Black Olive Risotto (vegetarian)

Dessert with coffee or tea

Auction Details

  • Auction and bidding begins on November 18 and closes December 3 at 2:00 PM
  • Bids can be submitted at the Church after Masses during weekends and at the Parish Center during weekday office hours.
  • We will be accepting closed bids for 2-person dinner packages.
  • The minimum starting bid is $100.
  • Six dinner packages will go to the highest bidders.

Auction Winners

One early-bird dinner package will go to the highest bid received by 2:00 pm on November 19.

Five dinner packages will go to the highest bids received by 2:00 pm on December 3 and winners will be selected at 3:00 PM.

Note: Since there are six dinner packages, there will be a range of winning bid amounts.
