On the March, 24, 2024, the 44th anniversary of the assassination of Archbishop Oscar Romero, Father Andy, Pastor of St. Agnes and Enid Roman DeJesus, head of Hispanic Ministry for the Eastern Panhandle, did a presentation on El Salvador. The presentation covered their recent trip to El Salvador, what they learned from the culture of El Salvador and walking the footsteps of Martyr and Saint Bishop Oscar Romero, who stood against the oppression of his people.
